Well Kill Operation
A well kill is a well control operation of placing a column of special fluids of the required density into a well bore to prevent the flow of reservoir fluids without the need for pressure control equipment at the surface. The density of the column’s fluids is intended to suppress the pressure of the formation fluids.

Alongside with our partners, we carried out a successful well head remedial job on OML 29 olobiri field. Due to damaged well head, brine was pumped to the well so that repairs could be carried out on the Xmas tree.

Pigging Operations
A pigging operation is a critical industrial maintenance process that uses specialized devices called "pigs" (or Pipeline Inspection Gauges) to clean, inspect, or maintain pipelines without interrupting the flow of the product. It is widely used in the oil and gas, water, and chemical industries.
Pigging in the oil and gas industry is a form of flow assurance where pipeline pigs are used to purge, clean, and/or inspect pipelines to keep them running smoothly. Rig Cooling
Dub-1 Oil integrated Services Limited is well vast in the area of rig cooling operation, otherwise called the water deluge system. This is an operation that cools or suppresses heat during flaring as a result of a well clean up jobs. Our services with regards to rig cooling as helped in securing the rig and saving lives and properties on both onshore and offshore locations.

Fire Fighting/ Fire Cover
An oil well catches fire when highly pressurized escaping hydrocarbons (oil or natural gas) mix with oxygen and encounter an ignition source.
We have trained fire fighters who can put out these fires without endangering lives and equipment.
Dub-1 Oil integrated Services Limited achieved the fastest time recorded in putting out fire on a burning platform. This was recorded in AKOSO 15, Eroton field (now controlled by NNPC). With the assistance of the quality engineers from our partners, KENYON INTERNATIONAL WEST AFRICA LIMITED, the fire was put out and the well was safely secured in less than an hour.
Dub-1 Oil Integrated Services Limited also provides fire cover for well head maintenance crew during replacing or fixing of damaged well head.
